Nooshafarin - Kashki کاشکی (English translation)

Persian

Kashki

English translation

I wish

I wish you become my friend,
I wish you become my time,
I wish you become my full moon,
I wish you become my Shah,
(x2)
Under your eyes, I'd like to become endeared and minion (like a piece of pearl),
I wish one day comes that I become a unique jewel in your heart,

O my flower, I'd like to become a butterfly to flap around you,
And to go through the stories,
And to become a myth with you,

You become Majnun (*), and I'd be Layla (**)
I'm a wanderer and a gypsy,
I'm a crazed lover,
I'd go wandering in the desert,
(x2)

All of a sudden there is the sound of your foot,
There is your familiar sound,
The pure clean air of love,
Is taking steps one by one together with you,

The heart of the gypsy beats for you in the desert and plain,
For those magic eyes which are my world,

You become Majnun and
I'd be Layla,
I'm a wanderer and a gypsy,
I'm a crazed lover,
I'd go wandering in the desert,

I want my every moment,
To pass being together with you,
And during the winter,
The heart to blossom in your spring,

Come so that the sky of the love,
To become shiny once again,
And the nights with no stars,
To become like the moonlighted nights.
